Shipping charges will be generated based on the custom location and weight of the product. Items purchased will be processed within 3-5 business days; if purchases are made on weekends which for us are (thurs-sun) processing will begin on the following weekday. Again, please allow 3-5 business for processing before shippment.  We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. Some orders may experience production delays due to all items being made by our in-house design team.
